How to build confidence (some science-backed strategies)



We've heard it all before: "confidence is sexy." But beyond just being an alluring trait to have, confidence actually has a profound impact in areas like relationships, career, and personal-growth. It's such an elusive quality though—our confidence waxes and wanes depending on time of month, life-situations, and our current goals and accomplishments. So how can we work towards building and keeping confidence strategically?

Recently, I found myself going down a bit of a rabbit hole while researching this topic. But this is precisely why I started Coffees With Angel in the first place: so that I can share my various findings and learnings in hopes that it'll also help you in your journey.

I looked into the science behind confidence, how the 4 "happy hormones" affect our confidence and self-esteem, and some easy to implement strategies that we can build into habits to help with confidence.
